Pilates

When: Mondays & Wednesdays at 4:30-5pm
Where: St. John’s Gymnasium, 502 W Chestnut Street, Rome, NY
Fee: $40 for the session (total of 16 classes) or drop-in rate is $5/class.

The focus of this discipline is to strengthen and stretch the abdomen and torso by solely using the body. Amazing results for those with a bad back, flabby tummy or poor posture. Please bring a mat.



Indoor Walking

Geared for anyone wanting to drop 20 or more lbs. If exercise is NOT your forte, then this is definitely for you! Very fun & very social! As long as you can 'walk' in place, you can do this class. If you have concerns about being on your feet for 55 minutes, please contact Jennifer.

Weight Training

(the last 15 minutes of each Zumba class)
Where: Gym at St. John's Lutheran Church, 502 W Chestnut Street, Rome
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30pm
Bring: Either 3-pound or 5-pound dumbbells. Filled water bottles can also work.
